Bacteria- infectious bacteria can make you sick badly. They reproduce quickly in your body. Many give off chemicals called toxins, which can damage tissue and make you sick. Examples of bacteria that cause infections are. E. Coli Infections You can get E. coli infections by eating foodsthat have bacteria. To help avoid food poisoning and prevent infection, handle food safely. Cook meat well, wash fruits and vegetables before eating or cooking them, and avoid unpasteurized milk and juices. You can also get the infection by swallowing water in a swimming pool that is contaminated with human waste. those are Infectious diseases. Heres a way to prevent getting E. coli if your cookin chicken and it look done to you make sure you cut in the center a little bit and check if its all the way cooked especially check if you are going to barbeque it. Also another way to prevent getting an infectious disease is make sure you wash your hands after touch raw meat or chicken, also less chances to get a cold or e. coli.

Here are some examples of non infectious diseases one of them is Anemia its when you dont have enough iron in your blood. Another one is Marasmus when a child for an example doesnt get enough food they are skin and bones and their faces look old, Epilepsy is not a disease, It is a condition which some people have due to genetic causes, infectious diseases, or an accident. A person with epilepsy can have a convulsion, which means that person loses control of their body and, shakes, and can lose consciousness thats another. Those are the Non Infectious Diseases.

Illegal Drugs can get you into so much trouble and sent to prison, especially if its not perscribed by a doctor thats the only time you get them but even then you have to have papers explaining that you can do those drugs. Medicine is different, like if your sick or have something wrong with you then, not much to say about regular meds just if theres something wrong with you just take medicine unless like cough syrup that makes you drowsy and there is nothing wrong with then thats kinda bad, some people drink a whole bottle of cough syrup and know that it can kill you which (you never wake up) that is a type of medicine thats risky to take if your not sick.

Go outside and run everyday or walk around with friends to places get exercise and eat healthy and drink plenty of water or take vitamins to help you. Or try out for sports like soccer, volleyball, swimming those sports are good exercise for you.For soccer and volleyball stretch well enough so you dont get shin splits while you run yeah it slows you down alot also eat fruit a half hour before you run like a banana it helps your muscles from cramping alot. Anyway just go out it wont hurt you even if you go out for an hour at the least.

Tobacco is very bad for you and burns your lungs.It also kills you slowly like when your 50yrs old, thats when your body gets weaker so tobacco kills you around that age so dont smoke it hurts you alot it causes problems for and it doesnt make you feel better run instead you will be
tired to smoke. Also it burns your throat and can possibly make a hole in it and eventually get
infected. For an example if you already smoke and you want to stop do something constructive,
on your spare time if your not busy try to do something fun that you like to do, besides smoking I mean its like you dont care about yourself if you smoke.Just dont smoke your wasting your time and shortining your life. Theres not much more to say just dont do it.

Alcohol is as worse as smoking it damages your liver and makes you sick too.Alcohol is really nasty tasting and is also addicting because some people rely on it to make themselves feel better when in reality it doesnt.Also people get started from others urging them to try it and the person ends up getting into a peer pressure stage which follows to them drinking. There are some alcohol that make you holucinate or black out from it.It rottens your teeth and makes your and breath smell and weakens teeth alot from the acid which can give you cavities more often and gum disease.So I recomend not to drink it causes serious problems to your self and your family.

Try to eat healthy as much as you can somethings may taste nasty but at the end you wont regret it you’ll be healthy,yes you can cheat on your diet once in awhile just make sure you exercise harder and longer or just longer. When you have your meals also just have small porportions of food if you dont want to eat healthy. better thing to do is well if you want take
vitamins to help you out. Here are a few examples on food like pasta instead of having ground beef have turkey and use a sauce thats not so fatning either and your good.another is eggs if you use oil use olive oil its more healthier than regular oil, or just eat cereal then.

Soccer,Vollyball,baseball,basketball,swimming are goog examples of sports and conditioning because before you play you condition before playing the sport.Its also good to strech before running so your muscles dont cramp up and hurt.But in swimming I dont think you need to stretch before you start the.Well theres not much more to say about this all you have to do is stretch then run then play your sport unless your just running for exercise then stretch then run when your done walk a little bit to cool your muscles down.

Stress is when you are in a situation or problems with your family abything pretty much.Its a natural response, when there’s problems with your family is called stressor, and is anything that causes a stress response. There are four types of stress its, stress, stressor, distress, and positivestress. Stress is the combination of a new or possibly threatening situation for your body. Stressor-is anything that causes a stress response. Distress- is the negative and physical and mental or emotional strain in response to a stressor. Positivestress is a respose that happens when winning, suceeding plus achieving. It also will boost up your energy, pretty much just control yourself when you get angry or when your too excited let it out but just not too much, well I wouldnt It will make me look a little crazy.
